Visa
and invitation letters
Participants
requiring a letter of invitation in order to attend the
Conference may write to the Conference Secretariat registration-icecs06@ixl.fr
specifying the
necessary details. Please note that this procedure aims to assist
participants who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the
Conference. It is not an official invitation covering fees and other
expenses and does not imply any financial support from the Conference. Payment
for registration fees must have been finalized, before even
requesting an invitation letter. Please make sure that your request
for an invitation letter includes:
- 1. Name, postal address, and a valid e-mail
address
- 2. IEEE Member number, if you are a member of
IEEE.
- 3. Name of session and paper number, if you
are presenting a paper.
- 4. the words “invitation letter
request” in the subject field of your e-mail request.
